In 2011, CTA introduced an Equality Plan to ensure Equal Treatment and Opportunities as reflected in our Management Plan. The Equality Plan addresses the following areas:
In order to draft the report properly, at CTA we prepare an initial diagnosis with the objective of knowing the current situation of the organization, from the technical positions to the members of the Board of Directors.
After the elaboration of the diagnosis, we have developed different actions within each area with the objective of promoting a culture of equality. In addition, we have implemented a monitoring system using indicators that has allowed us to know the degree of implementation of these actions and to broaden the scope of the commitment we made almost ten years ago.
The Board of Trustees of the CTA Foundation has provided the necessary resources to improve day by day in all these areas and to implement actions to continue to support Equality in our company.
