CTA recently added a low-speed wind tunnel to its test facilities. With a maximum speed of 60 m/s, this new wind tunnel is ideal for aerodynamic studies of low-speed aircraft such as air taxis and drones, including manoeuvres at low speeds and with ground effect thanks to its moving ground plane.

It is also equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation and controls and visualisation, calibration and reaction measurement systems.
